For nearly four decades, Charles Harper has had the privilege of working in courts throughout Colorado. With over 38 years of experience practicing law throughout Colorado, his work has taken him to communities and courtrooms in virtually every region of the state.

That experience began early in our history with a case in Kit Carson County, requiring regular trips to Burlington, Colorado. From there, our practice continued to take us throughout the state. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work on cases in courts ranging from the Eastern Plains to the Western Slope, from Northern Colorado to the San Luis Valley, and throughout Southern Colorado and the Front Range.

Our experience includes extensive work in:

  • Western Colorado, including Mesa, Garfield, Delta, Montrose, Ouray, and Rio Blanco counties, as well as surrounding Western Colorado jurisdictions.
  • Northern Colorado, including Larimer and Weld counties, as well as other courts throughout Northern Colorado.

  • The San Luis Valley, including Alamosa County and the surrounding Valley counties.
  • The Front Range and other Colorado jurisdictions, where we have continued to work throughout our history.

Over 38 years, we have had the opportunity to work in both urban and rural courts and in communities large and small. We have learned that every part of Colorado has its own communities, courts, procedures, and people—and that experience comes from actually being there and doing the work.
